Effective September 24, 2026
This policy explains what information K24Calc ("we," "us") collects at www.k24calc.com, how it is used, and the choices you have.
If you use the "Get updates or request a feature" form, we collect your email address, the request type you choose, your comments, whether you want update emails, and, if you leave that box checked, your current calculator settings. We also record the page address and the date and time of the submission.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Form submissions are sent through Google Apps Script and stored in a private Google Sheet, under Google's security and privacy terms. Access is limited to the site owner.
The calculator runs in your browser. Your build inputs are not sent anywhere unless you submit the request form with "include my current build settings" checked. The page stores a single timestamp in your browser's local storage to prevent duplicate form submissions.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the calculator, such as which pages and transmissions are viewed. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. This data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your full IP address. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline or take no action, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain and reloading the page.
This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. As with analytics, advertising cookies are only set after you accept the cookie banner.
Where required by law, such as for visitors in the European Economic Area or the UK, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used.
The site is hosted on Vercel, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Like most web services, these providers may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page. Links to forums and other websites are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are their own.
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to run the update list. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can unsubscribe from update emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted. Depending on where you live, including California and the EU, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor valid requests.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
For privacy questions or deletion requests, use the request form and choose "Other."
